# The Licensing (Transitional Provisions) (Scotland) Order 2008, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 21st May 2008
Laid before the Scottish Parliament 22nd May 2008
Coming into force 18th June 2008
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 145 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
