  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2016/1093 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nConsumer Protection\nHealth And Safety\nMade 1st December 2016\nLaid before Parliament 7th December 2016\nComing into force 8th December 2016\nThe Secretary of State, who is a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to measures relating to lifts and safety components for use in lifts, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of that Act.",
