  "text": "Nothing in these Regulations prevents the showing of a lift or a safety component for lifts, which is not in conformity with Part 2, at a trade fair, exhibition or demonstration, provided that a visible sign clearly indicates that the lift or the safety component for lifts—\n(a) is not in conformity with Part 2; and\n(b) will not be placed on the market or made available on the market until it is brought into conformity with Part 2.",
