  "text": "The ...declaration of conformity for a lift or a safety component for lifts must—\n(a) state that the fulfilment of the essential health and safety requirements has been demonstrated in respect of the lift or the safety component for lifts;\n(b) contain the elements specified in Schedules 12 to 19 for the relevant conformity assessment procedure carried out in respect of the lift or the safety component for lifts;\n(c) have the model structure set out—\n(i) in relation to lifts, in Part 1 of Schedule 5 (... declaration of conformity);\n(ii) in relation to safety components for lifts, in Part 2 of Schedule 5.",
