  "text": "When enforcing these Regulations, an enforcing authority must comply with the requirements of Article 21 of RAMS in relation to any measure to—\n(a) in relation to a lift—\n(i) prohibit or restrict a lift being placed on the market;\n(ii) prohibit or restrict the use of a lift; or\n(iii) recall a lift;\n(b) in relation to a safety component for lifts—\n(i) prohibit the safety component for lifts being made available on the market;\n(ii) withdraw a safety component for lifts; or\n(iii) recall a safety component for lifts.",
