  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (2), a person guilty of an offence under regulation 70 is liable on summary conviction—\n(a) in England and Wales, to a fine or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both;\n(b) in Scotland and Northern Ireland, to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both.\n(2) A person guilty of an offence under regulation 9, 13(2), 18, 23(2), 34(2) or 41(2) is liable on summary conviction —\n(a) in England and Wales, to a fine;\n(b) in Scotland or Northern Ireland, to a fine not exceeding the level 5 on the standard scale.",
