# The Limit in Relation to Provision of Digital Programme Services Order 1998, Article 2: Amendment to paragraph 7 of Part III of Schedule 2 to the Broadcasting Act 1990


Paragraph 7 of Part III of Schedule 2 to the Broadcasting Act 1990 shall be amended as follows:–
(a) in sub-paragraph (7)(b) the number “24” shall be substituted by the number “40” and the number “4” shall be substituted by the number “10”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (7)(c) the number “24” shall be substituted by the number “40”.
