# The Limit in Relation to Provision of Digital Programme Services Order 1998, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the limit in relation to provision of digital programme services detailed in paragraph 7 of Part III of Schedule 2 to the Broadcasting Act 1990 by substituting different numbers for certain of the numbers for the time being specified in sub-paragraph (7).
