  "text": "(1) This paragraph applies where—\n(a) the registrar receives notice of a change of name of a limited liability partnership and the new name is one by which a limited liability partnership may be registered, or\n(b) the registrar determines a new name for a limited liability partnership under a provision mentioned in paragraph 4(2)(ba).\n(2) The registrar shall—\n(a) enter the new name on the register in place of the former name, and\n(b) issue a certificate of the change of name.\n(3) The change of name has effect from the date on which the certificate is issued.",
