# The Limited Liability Partnerships (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2021, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in SI 2020/643 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14, 15 and 17(2) and (3) of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000 and paragraph 91 of Schedule 4 and paragraph 55 of Schedule 8 to the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020.
