# The Limited Liability Partnerships (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2021, Regulation 7: Application of temporary provision in the 2020 Act to limited liability partnerships: Northern Ireland


Schedule 8 to the 2020 Act (moratoriums in Northern Ireland: temporary provision) applies to limited liability partnerships registered in Northern Ireland, except where the context otherwise requires, with the following modifications—
(a) references to a company include references to a limited liability partnership;
(b) references to a director of a company include references to a designated member of a limited liability partnership;
(c) such further modifications as the context requires for the purpose of giving effect to that Schedule as applied by these Regulations.
