Regulation 2 Amendment

The Limited Liability Partnerships (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2009f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 8, in the text of section 54(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2006 (names suggesting connection with government or public authority)f2 as applied to limited liability partnerships, after “any part of the Scottish Administration” insert “, the Welsh Assembly Government”.
