# The Limited Liability Partnerships (Amendment) Regulations 2005, Paragraph 11


In the entry relating to subsection (3) of section 387 of the 1986 Act (“the relevant date”) insert before the modification to paragraph (c)—
“
In paragraph (ab) for “passed a resolution for voluntary winding up” substitute “made a determination that it be wound up voluntarily”.
