  "text": "In the entry relating to section 122 of the 1986 Act (circumstances in which company may be wound up by the court), in the entry relating to subsection (1) in the substituted subsection in modified sub paragraph (1)(d) omit “, or” and at the end of that sub paragraph insert the following—\n“\n“(da) at the time at which a moratorium for the limited liability partnership under section 1A comes to an end, no voluntary arrangement approved under Part I has effect in relation to the limited liability partnership,”\n”.",
