  "text": "Partnership\nMade 18th July 2007\nComing into force 1st October 2007\nThese Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 15 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000.\nIn accordance with section 17(4) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.\nAccordingly, the Secretary of State makes the following Regulations:",
