  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2009/1804 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nLimited Liability Partnerships\nMade 8th July 2009\nLaid before Parliament 10th July 2009\nComing into force 1st October 2009\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 15 and 17 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000, makes the following Regulations.",
