# The Limited Liability Partnerships (Amendment) Regulations 2009, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2009/1804 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 15 and 17 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000, makes the following Regulations.
