# The Limited Liability Partnerships (Amendment) Regulations 2009, Regulation 2: Amendment


(1) Part 2 of Schedule 3 to the Limited Liability Partnerships (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2009 (consequential amendments of the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2001) is amended as follows
(2) In paragraph 13(5) (amendment of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2001: applied provisions of Companies Act 1985), in sub-paragraph (a), after “Part 14 of that Act (investigations etc)” insert “or Part 18 of that Act (floating charges in Scotland)”.
