  "long_title": "These Regulations replace the Limited Liability Partnerships (Fees) (No. 2) Regulations 2001, as amended. They provide for a revised scale of fees to be payable to the registrar of companies with effect from 1st February 2005. Provision has been included for certain fees previously determined administratively by the registrar. The fees cover functions of the registrar, including those in relation to the registration of limited liability partnerships, the delivery to the registrar of documents relating to limited liability partnerships, registration of charges and dissemination of information relating to limited liability partnerships.",
