# The Limited Liability Partnerships (Forms) Regulations 2001 S.I. 2001/927 · made 9 March 2001 These Regulations set out the forms to be used by limited liability partnerships. Sections 190, 225, 244, 363, 391, 395, 397, 398, 400, 401, 403, 405, 410, 413, 416, 417, 419, 466, 652A and 652D of the Companies Act 1985 concern both the prescription of forms to be used by a company and, in some cases, the prescribed particulars to be set out in the forms. Those sections are applied to limited liability partnerships, with appropriate modifications, by the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2001/1090.
