Coming into force 6th April 2001
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 190, 225, 244, 363, 391, 395, 397, 398, 400, 401, 403, 405, 410, 413, 416, 417, 419, 466, 652A and 652D of the Companies Act 1985, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Regulations:
