Regulation 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Limited Liability Partnerships (Forms) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 2nd April 2002.

In these Regulations, references to a section or to a numbered section of the Companies Act 1985 are to a section of the Companies Act 1985, as applied to limited liability partnerships by regulations 3 and 4 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2001^f1 and by regulation 3 of the Limited Liability Partnerships (No. 2) Regulations 2002^f2.
