# The Limited Liability Partnerships (Forms) Regulations 2002, Regulation 4


Notwithstanding regulation 3, Form LLP 363 which was prescribed by the Limited Liability Partnerships (Forms) Regulations 2001 shall remain in use as an alternative to the Form LLP 363 prescribed by regulation 3, save that that LLP 363 must be used where a member of a limited liability partnership is the beneficiary of a confidentiality order made under section 723B of the Companies Act 1985, as applied to limited liability partnerships.
