  "text": "(1) The provisions of these Regulations applying—\n(a) the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986, or\n(b) provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986,\nhave effect only in relation to limited liability partnerships registered in Great Britain.\n(2) The other provisions of these Regulations have effect in relation to limited liability partnerships registered in any part of the United Kingdom.",
