# Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2001, Paragraph 10: CVA moratoria


Where, before the commencement date, the designated members of a limited liability partnership submit to the nominee the document, statement and information required under paragraph 6(1) of Schedule A1 to the 1986 Act, the provisions of the 1986 Rules relating to moratoria continue to apply to the proposed voluntary arrangement.
