# Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2001, Paragraph 12: General powers of liquidator


Rule 4.184 of the 1986 Rules (general powers of liquidator) continues to apply in relation to a limited liability partnership as regards a person dealing in good faith and for value with a liquidator and in respect of the power of the court or the liquidation committee to ratify anything done by the liquidator without permission before the commencement date.
