  "long_title": "These Regulations prescribe new Forms LLP225 cym, LLP363 cym, LLP652a cym and LLP652c cym. The forms correspond to the forms LLP225, LLP363, LLP652a and LLP652c prescribed by the Limited Liability Partnerships (Forms) Regulations 2001 (S.I. 2001/927) and have been prescribed in addition to those forms. The forms are in Welsh as well as in English, and will take effect on 17th September 2001. Any of the forms will be provided by the Registrar of Companies to any limited liability partnership whose incorporation document states that its registered office is to be situated in Wales and which notifies the Registrar that it wishes to receive a form in the Welsh language instead of forms LLP225, LLP363, LLP652a and LLP652c.",
