The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 225, 363 652A and 652D of the Companies Act 1985f1, as extended by section 26(3) of the Welsh Language Act 1993f2 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf hereby makes the following Regulations:
