  "long_title": "With effect from 2nd April 2002, the Limited Liability Partnerships (Forms) Regulations 2002 (the “Forms Regulations”) prescribed new forms 723SR and 723(change) for the purposes of section 288A of the Companies Act 1985 for use in respect of a member of a limited liability partnership who is a beneficiary of a Confidentiality Order made under section 723B of the Companies Act 1985. The Forms Regulations also prescribed an additional Form LLP 363, which is the annual return for a limited liability partnership, together with continuation sheets.",
