Regulation 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Limited Liability Partnerships (Welsh Language Forms) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 27th January 2003.

In these Regulations, references to a section or to a numbered section are to a section of the Companies Act 1985 as applied to limited liability partnerships by the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2001^f1 and the Limited Liability Partnerships (No. 2) Regulations 2002^f2.
