Regulation 3

Notwithstanding Regulation 2, the form LLP 363 cym contained in the Schedule to the Limited Liability Partnerships (Welsh Language Forms) Regulations 2001^f1 shall remain in use as an alternative to the form in the Schedule to these Regulations for use by a limited liability partnership whose incorporation document states that its registered office is to be situated in Wales, save that the form LLP 363 cym contained in the Schedule to these Regulations (or its English-language equivalent) must be used where a member of a limited liability partnership in question is the beneficiary of a Confidentiality Order made under section 723B.
