  "heading": "Effect of administrative revival",
  "text": "(1) The general effect of administrative revival is that the limited partnership is to be treated as having continued in existence as if it had not been dissolved under section 19(6).\n(2) The court may give such directions and make such provision as seems just for placing the limited partnership and all other persons in the same position (as nearly as may be) as if the limited partnership had not been dissolved under section 19(6).\n(3) An application to the court for such directions or provision may be made at any time within the period of three years beginning with the date on which the revival of the limited partnership took effect.",
