  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Liquor Licensing (Fees) (Scotland) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.\n(2) In this Order–\n“the Act” means the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976; and\n“the 1990 Act” means the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1990.",
