Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Liquor Licensing (Fees) (Scotland) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 5th April 2004.

In this Order–

• “the Act” means the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976; and

• “the 1990 Act” means the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1990^f1.
