# The Litter Control Areas (Amendment) Order 1997, Article 2: Amendment of the Litter Control Areas Order 1991


(1) Article 2 of the Litter Control Areas Order 1991 (land which may be designated as a litter control area) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this article.
(2) In paragraph (1)(b), the words “which has a gross retail floorspace of 5,000 square metres or more” shall be omitted.
(3) In paragraph (1)(c), the words “with a gross floor space of 5,000 square metres or more” shall be omitted.
(4) There shall be substituted for paragraph (1)(j)(xi):
“(xi) A National Park Authority, or”.
