# The Litter Control Areas (Amendment) Order 1997, Article 3: Amendment of the National Park Authorities (Wales) Order 1995


(1) Paragraph 16 of Schedule 5 to the National Park Authorities (Wales) Order 1995 shall be omitted.
(2) The entry headed “The Litter Control Areas Order 1991” in paragraph 2 of the Schedule to the National Park Authorities (Wales) (Amendment) Order 1996 shall be omitted.
