  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends two of the prescribed descriptions of land (retail shopping developments, and business or office parks or industrial or trading estates) which may be designated as litter control areas under section 90(3) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. It also substitutes a reference to the new National Park Authorities created under the Environment Act 1995 for the existing reference to joint or special planning boards, and makes consequential revocations.",
