  "text": "ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION\nMade 5th June 1991\nLaid before Parliament 10th June 1991\nComing into force 1st July 1991\nThe Secretary of State for the Environment, as respects England, the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, and the Secretary of State for Scotland, as respects Scotland, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 90(1), (2) and (7) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:—",
