Made 8th March 1991
Laid before Parliament 11th March 1991
Coming into force 1st April 1991
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 86(7) and (15) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, the Secretary of State for Education and Science, as respects England, the Secretary of State for Scotland, as respects Scotland, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, hereby make the following order:
