# The Litter Etc. (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 1991, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Litter Etc. (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st April 1991.
(2) Regulations 5 and 6 extend to England and Wales only.
