# The Litter (Fixed Penalties) (Scotland) Order 2013, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Litter (Fixed Penalties) (Scotland) Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st April 2014.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.
