Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order —

  • “the Board” means the Littlehampton Harbour Board;

  • “the harbour” means the harbour as defined in section 36 (Limits of harbour) of the Littlehampton Harbour and Arun Drainage Outfall Act 1927f1;

  • “the signed plan” means the plan signed in triplicate by an Under Secretary in the Department of Transport, two copies of which have been deposited at that department and one copy of which has been deposited at the principal office of the Board situated at 1 Pier Road, Littlehampton, West Sussex BN17 5LR.
