# The Llangollen and Corwen Railway Order 2010, Article 14: Power to charge fares

Extent: E+W

The undertaker may demand, take and recover or waive such charges for carrying passengers or goods on the extension railway or for any other services or facilities provided in connection with the operation of that railway, as it thinks fit.
