# The Lloyd’s Underwriters (Transitional Equalisation Reserves) (Tax) Regulations 2015, Regulation 5: Revocation


The following are revoked—
(a) the Insurance Companies (Reserves) (Tax) Regulations 1996; and
(b) the 2009 Regulations.
