# Loan Societies Act 1840 (repealed 19.11.1998), Section 6: Limitation of fee payable to barrister.

Extent: E+W

The said barrister shall be entitled to no further fee for or in respect of any amendment of any rules enrolled under this Act,. . . upon which one fee has been already paid to the said barrister within the period of three years.
