Regulation 10 Secretary to a local access forum
(1)
The appointing authority shall employ a secretary for each local access forum which they establish.
(2)
The secretary shall be responsible for the administration of the local access forum.
(3)
The secretary may not be—
(a)
a member of the local access forum in relation to which he is employed as secretary, or
(b)
a member of the appointing authority in question.
