  "text": "In consequence of the amendments made by this Schedule, the following provisions are repealed or revoked—\n(a) section 95(4) of the Traffic Management Act 2004;\n(b) paragraph 102 of Schedule 1 to the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004;\n(c) paragraph 14 of Schedule 1 and paragraphs 9(2) and 20(b) of Schedule 2 to the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004;\n(d) section 31(2) of the Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 2006;\n(e) section 158 of and paragraph 5(6) of Schedule 14 to the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007;\n(f) paragraphs 9 and 52 of Schedule 1 to the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (Registration of Local Authorities) Order 2010 (SI 2010/844);\n(g) paragraph 10(6) of Schedule 17 to the Localism Act 2011;\n(h) section 155(2) of the Health and Social Care Act 2012;\n(i) paragraph 91(2) and (5) of Schedule 4 to the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2013 (anaw 3).",
