  "text": "(1) Section 11 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1)—\n(a) omit “section 79 of the Local Government Act 1985 (public inspection of accounts etc) or in”, and\n(b) for “(which makes corresponding provision for Scotland)” insert “ (public inspection of accounts etc) ”.\n(3) In subsection (3) (confidentiality of staff records: definitions), in the definition of “relevant body” omit—\n(a) “the Audit Commission Act 1998 or”, and\n(b) “or, as the case may be, the Common Council of the City of London”.",
