  "text": "(1) Schedule 3 (transfer schemes) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1(1), omit paragraph (b) and the “and” preceding it.\n(3) In paragraph 2—\n(a) at the end of paragraph (a) insert “ and ”,\n(b) in paragraph (b) omit “in the case of an order containing a scheme within paragraph 1(1)(a),”, and\n(c) omit paragraph (c) and the “and” preceding it.",
