  "text": "In section 3(9), the definition of “health service body” is to be read as if it contained the following paragraphs—\n“(c) an NHS trust all or most of whose hospitals, establishments and facilities are situated in England;\n(d) any trustees for such a trust, appointed under paragraph 10 of Schedule 4 to the National Health Service Act 2006.”",
